How soon can construction start?
In short, within 1 month. It takes time to get all necessary permits to commence any physical activity at site. These include fencing permit, construction permit, application for temp. water and electricity etc.
How often do projects miss deadlines?
Occasionally projects miss deadlines for a number of reasons. Construction activities depend on many external factors, and these include things beyond our control such as weather, delays in overseas procurement etc.
How does the billing process work?
An advance payment of minimum 15% is required to commence the project. Thereafter, interim invoices will be raised based on progress. 5% of the price will be held as guarantee for defects liability for 1 year period.
Can you share a list of references from previous clients?
References can be provided upon request. Some of our works are well known and potential clients can visit those completed projects and review the quality themselves.
Where do you normally source your materials from?
RC materials are sources from local suppliers – most of which originate from countries such as UAE, Türkiye. Structural grade steel is sourced from overseas. Other materials are sources locally unless the client has specified otherwise.
